Download SuperSU.

Power off the Q386.Press Volume Up + Power button combination to boot into Recovery Mode.
Tap on Install button and navigate to the folder where you have' downloaded the SuperSU.zip and select the SuperSU.zip.
Slide to Flash the Zip and wait for a few seconds for the flashing process to complete successfully.
Reboot the Q386.
